Kiri Henday Yoga, within 2 sessions had me being able to do a leg balance I’ve never managed before. Practicing with her has been so incredible so far and I could not recommend her highly enough!

Kiri put so much care and thought into the design, especially considering it was created bespoke from scratch. She really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and made sure every detail felt personal and right.
Going forward, Kiri is the only person I will trust with my tattoos. She listens, understands, and for someone like me who tends to overthink, she offers genuine guidance and reassurance throughout the whole process. She is an all round perfect artist.
On top of that, she is always lovely to visit and the conversation is just as enjoyable as the experience itself. I could not recommend her enough.

Eight weeks into attending Kiri's Monday night beginners yoga and I am completely hooked.
This class is the perfect antidote for any Sunday night/Monday morning blues. Just knowing I will be in class every Monday at 6pm makes any work worries melt away.
Kiri's classes are relaxed in their delivery but well structured in their content. Poses are broken down to enable all of us, regardless of ability to achieve the best form dependant on what our unique bodies have available to us on the night. The relaxed atmosphere of the class and the practical, non judgemental attitude of Kiri means we all feel like we have achieved something even if we can't match Kiri's bendy abilities!
After class every night so far, I have left feeling like my body and mind rather like each other! And deliously sleepy...not exhausted or frazzled but totally relaxed.
If she offered a class every evening I would seriously want to go.
