You will need valid photo Id to bring to your appointment. This means it must be in date and have a good likeness of you. I accept a driving license, provisional license or passport.

Deposits are non refundable within 7 days of your appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel after this point, your deposit will be forfeit and you will need to pay another deposit to rebook.

Please email if you need to make any changes to your appointment as this is the only guaranteed form of communication.

I am a self employed sole trader. This means that I represent myself and my terms and conditions have nothing to do with the studio I am working at. My admin, pre-tattoo prep, design and drawing time is all included in the deposit cost. If a client cancels or reschedules, I am operating at a loss for that day. If I am unable to make your appointment, you will be given an alternative date or a refund.

On the day of your appointment the remainder of the payment will be required to be paid either by cash or a mobile banking app transfer.

I do not have a card machine and do not accept credit cards. Please make sure you have everything you need to set up a new payee on your mobile banking app.

Please come alone to your appointment. However, if you require additional support, please let me know in advance so I can make arrangements.

We do not allow under 18’s in the studio. Due to insurance and the law, no under 18’s can be in the tattoo studio.

Please arrive on time (not too early) to reduce the amount of time spent in our waiting room or outside, our front door is sometimes locked. I will come and get you at your appointment time.

If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, you will need to book for another time and pay a new deposit.

This is out of respect for me and other clients who may come after you.

Please do not use numbing cream. This can make an area much harder to tattoo and can also affect the quality of your healed tattoo.

If you have applied numbing cream prior to your appointment, without consulting me, there may be a chance the appointment will not go ahead and your deposit will be forfeit. This is because numbing cream is not regulated. This is for your safety. If this is an issue, please contact me prior to your appointment.

I cannot tattoo over raised moles and some scarring, please check the area to be tattooed before booking.
